Butterfly Kisses是指当两人以脸部亲昵地靠在一起，其中一人的眼睫毛，随着眼睛的眨动，轻轻的刷拂在另外一人的脸颊上，或者是二人额头面对面的凑在一起，双方的睫毛互相刷拂，那种感觉，就好像是轻柔的蝴蝶在“亲吻”着你。
中文里没有相应的词，所以只有字面直译为“蝶吻”。
